River recipes in Latvia

In spite of the freezing weather last week (it was - 32 C) students were working on the river topic. Some of the recipes chosen were quite challenging. Would you like to try an omlette with snails? Or would you better prefer stuffed salmon, or maybe you fancy to taste our local food- herring with cottage cheese and hot boiled potatoes?

What's new in Italy?

In Italy students have labelled their school in order to save energy and water:

Students in Latvia work on saving energy.

During January Latvian students were working on saving energy. They prepared different notes in order to remind their friends and classmates that it is very important to save energy every day, otherwise in many cases it is being wasted without a purpose.
