Spanish students share their Christmas presents on how to save water.

ADVICE TO SAVE WATER

1.Turn the faucet off while we are brushing our teeth or washing our hands.

2.To take a shower instead of taking a bath.

3.To do the laundry when the washing machine is full of clothes.

4.To use the extra water. For example, to water the plants with the water of our glasses that we didn’t drink.

5.When we pull the WC chain, we have to use the saving water button.

6.To make sure that we turned the faucet off in the right way. Each drop of water is a treasure!

ADVICE TO SAVE ENERGY

1.To regulate the temperature of the heating (a maximum of 21 ºC).

2.To curb the use of hot water. For example, during the summer, we can take a shower using cold water.

3.To turn off completely all our electric appliances (televisin, computers...). The red lights waste energy.

4. To switch off the lights when they are not necessary. To use the sun light when possible.
